We try to make everything easier on our employees who are also parents. All employees receive 50% off of their child's tuition. They also are not subject to enrollment fees. However, all employees must still cover T-shirt & Field Trip Fees.
Aflac Supplemental Benefits
We currently offer Aflac supplemental benefits to employees who have passed their 90 day probationary period. These benefits cover accidents, temporary disability, and cancer.
We encourage our staff to further their education and assist as much as we can. We currently participate in a program called TEACH that allows the staff member to recieve 90% of their tuition and fees covered as well as up to 6 hours per week in paid study time.
